Lloyd Irvin III is a left cornerback for the Maryland Terrapins standing 6'3" and weighing 196 pounds. A native of Springdale, Maryland, Irvin attended Charles Herbert Flowers High School after spending his first two years at DeMatha. He was a three-star recruit who ranked as the No. 26 overall player in Maryland via national outlets and chose the Terrapins over Boston College, Virginia Tech, and West Virginia. As a freshman in 2024, he did not appear in game action. During his redshirt sophomore season in 2025, Irvin saw action in three games before an injury ended his season.
