Craig Walton Jr. is a cornerback from Camden, New Jersey, who joined LSU in 2023 after a standout prep career at Camden High School. As a senior in 2022, he recorded 67 tackles, 12 tackles for loss, and two sacks. Walton has appeared in three games across his college career, seeing action primarily on special teams. He made his LSU debut on kickoff coverage against UCLA in 2024, and during the 2025 season saw action in one game, playing five kickoff coverage snaps in a win over Southeastern Louisiana. A two-time SEC Academic Honor Roll selection in 2024 and 2025, Walton is a redshirt junior majoring in interdisciplinary studies and remains part of the Tigers' deep cornerback group.
