J'Marion Gooch is an offensive lineman for Louisiana at 6'7" and 308 pounds. The Gallatin, Tennessee native attended multiple high schools before committing to Tennessee in August 2020 as a three-star prospect. He earned NCJAA All-Conference honorable mention recognition while playing at Garden City Community College in Kansas, where he was rated the No. 86 JUCO prospect and No. 9 offensive tackle by recruiting services. Gooch did not play during his first season with the Ragin' Cajuns in 2024 and is returning as a redshirt junior.
