George Jackson is a 6'5", 315-pound offensive lineman from Stone Mountain, Georgia, who joined Louisiana as a freshman in 2021. He redshirted that season before appearing in 12 games during 2022, earning four starts on the right side. In 2023, Jackson started all 12 games at right tackle, playing 696 snaps with 21 knockdowns and recording grades of 80 percent or higher in eight contests. During 2024, he started in 12 games and accumulated 31 knockdowns while grading at 90 percent or better on 10 occasions. Jackson was named to the 2025 Preseason All-Sun Belt Conference Second Team. He currently returns as a redshirt senior for the Ragin' Cajuns.
