Trey Kukuk is a quarterback for Louisiana Tech who transferred from Saddleback College. The 6'1", 201-pound native of Mission Viejo, California, played in 11 games with five starts during his 2025 debut season as a Bulldog. He compiled a 4-1 record as a starter, capped by an Independence Bowl victory over Coastal Carolina. Kukuk completed 66 of 105 passes for 640 yards and three touchdowns while adding 609 rushing yards and five scores on 98 carries. He recorded three consecutive 100-yard rushing performances to close the season, including a school-record 172 yards on the ground against Missouri State. At Saddleback, he passed for 2,372 yards and 27 touchdowns in 2024 and 1,275 yards with 11 touchdowns in 2023.
