Deven Muniz is a tight end for Louisiana Tech standing 6'3" and weighing 223 pounds. The West Covina, California native attended West Covina High School before playing at Pasadena City College. In 2023, he saw action in seven games as a true freshman without recording statistics. During the 2024 season, Muniz appeared in 10 games, catching 11 passes for 122 yards and two touchdowns while earning All-SCFA First Team honors. He redshirted in 2025 after seeing action against New Mexico State on September 13 and was named to the CUSA Commissioner's Honor Roll. Muniz is a returning redshirt junior for the Bulldogs.
