Luke Seib is a tight end from Blue Springs, Missouri, who attended Blue Springs South High School before joining UTEP. At the prep level, he earned First Team All-Conference and All-State honors while setting school records with 62 receptions and 575 yards in a season, along with seven touchdown catches. He redshirted during his first year at UTEP in 2022, then saw action in five games in 2023, recording one reception for 14 yards against New Mexico State on October 18. Seib did not see game action in 2024 before entering the transfer portal. He is currently a redshirt sophomore at Louisiana Tech.
