David Pierro, a wide receiver from Fresno, California, transferred to Louisiana Tech after two seasons at Diablo Valley College. At the junior college level, he led his team with 65 receptions for 866 yards and six touchdowns, earning All-Conference First Team and First Team All-State honors. In his 2025 debut season with the Bulldogs, Pierro appeared in 12 games and recorded eight receptions for 89 yards with a long of 56 yards. He also contributed as a blocker in the run game.
