Colton Deckard is a linebacker for Louisiana Tech who signed with the program as a three-star recruit in the 2023 class. He did not see game action during his freshman year. In 2024, his redshirt freshman season, he appeared in 12 games primarily on special teams, recording two tackles and one blocked kick. He saw action against UTEP on October 22, blocking a punt and tallying one tackle. Deckard played in all 13 games in 2025, again concentrating on special teams contributions.
