Harris joined Kent State as a freshman in 2024, appearing in 4 games with 2 starts and accumulating 110 rushing yards and 1 touchdown. He posted his season-high performance against Eastern Michigan with 63 yards and a score. In 2025, the redshirt sophomore played in 2 games, carrying the ball 3 times for 15 yards and a long of 8 yards at Florida State.
