Rodney Fields Jr. is a running back from Wright City, Oklahoma, who attended Del City High School before playing at Oklahoma State. During his 2024 redshirt season, he appeared in four games with 21 carries for 99 yards and two receptions for 23 yards. In 2025, Fields saw action in nine games with eight starts, accumulating 614 rushing yards and a touchdown while adding 28 receptions for 276 yards and another score. His rushing yardage placed sixth among Power 4 freshmen, and his receiving yards ranked third at the position. Fields posted 98.89 all-purpose yards per game, sixth in the Big 12. He rushed for 163 yards against Cincinnati and 113 yards against Tulsa, while recording a 63-yard touchdown reception against Houston. Fields now joins Kansas State as a transfer.
