After limited action his freshman year, Jackson emerged as a productive contributor in 2024, recording 227 rushing yards and a touchdown on 39 carries across 10 games. In 2025, the redshirt junior established himself as a centerpiece of the Wildcats' offense, earning All-Big 12 Third Team honors.
