Jacobi Oliphant Jr. is a 6'4", 230-pound walk-on linebacker from St. Louis, Missouri, who transfers to Kansas State from Oklahoma State. At St. Louis University High, he recorded 211 career tackles, four sacks, five fumble recoveries and five interceptions, including one returned for a touchdown, earning all-district honors as a senior. During the 2025 season at Oklahoma State, Oliphant appeared in all 12 games with two starts, totaling 26 tackles, 2.0 sacks and a pass breakup across 136 defensive snaps while also logging 135 special teams plays.
