Sani Reed is a 6'5", 295-pound offensive lineman from Crozet, Virginia, who attended Western Albemarle High School. A three-year varsity letterwinner, he earned All-District honors as both a junior and senior and served as team captain his senior year. Reed also competed in track and field, finishing seventh in the shot put at the VHSL state meet. He joined James Madison as a redshirt freshman and did not see game action in 2025. Reed has earned Dean's List recognition in fall 2025 and was named an Athletic Director's Scholar-Athlete in spring 2026.
