Trace Thompson is a 6'3" tight end from Attalla, Alabama, who attended Etowah High School. Before joining Jacksonville State, Thompson spent three seasons at NAIA Cumberlands as a quarterback, where he completed 91 of 185 passes for 1,009 yards with five touchdowns.
