Luke Gilbert is a 6'3", 215-pound tight end from Pisgah, Alabama, where he was named Gadsden Times Small Class All-Area Player of the Year. In high school, Gilbert passed for 1,564 yards and seven touchdowns while rushing for 1,444 yards and 21 touchdowns. He also earned all-state honors at wide receiver as a sophomore and recorded 39 defensive tackles with six for loss. Gilbert helped lead Pisgah to an 11-2 record and a 2A state semifinal appearance. As a sophomore at Jacksonville State in 2025, he appeared in all 14 games and contributed on special teams, returning one kickoff for 15 yards.
