Rob Billings IV is a 6'2", 205-pound nickelback from Marietta, GA who attended Milton High School, where he recorded 170 tackles and nine interceptions. A four-star recruit ranked No. 433 overall in the Class of 2023, Billings spent three seasons at Clemson, appearing in 32 games and making nine tackles on 60 defensive snaps while contributing on special teams in his final two years. He earned ACC Honor Roll selection in 2023 as a redshirt. Billings transferred to Jacksonville State as a redshirt junior for the 2026 season.
