Xavier Styles is a free safety from Lakewood, Ohio, who attended St. Edward High School under coach Tom Lombardo. He played at Robert Morris before joining Iowa as a transfer. During the 2024 season, Styles appeared in two games and recorded two tackles. In 2025, he earned Third Team All-Conference honors from Phil Steele after posting 36 tackles, one interception, six pass break-ups, and two forced fumbles. He notched six tackles in road contests against both Merrimack and Mercyhurst.
