Landyn Van Kekerix is a 6'2" linebacker from Rock Valley, Iowa, who earned Iowa Class 3A Player of the Year honors as a prep senior. A three-star recruit in the 2022 class, he redshirted that year before appearing in eight games in 2024, recording five tackles including two solo stops in the season-opening 40-0 win over Illinois State. In 2025, Van Kekerix played in all 13 games with five solo tackles, including two against Minnesota and one each against Nebraska, Vanderbilt, and USC.
