Eli Kampman is a 6'2", 197-pound defensive back from Solon, Iowa, where he earned three letters playing both quarterback and defensive back. At Solon High School, he threw for 2,718 yards and 34 touchdowns while recording 33 tackles, two forced fumbles, and two interceptions on the defensive side. His teams won 29 games across his final three seasons, reaching state semifinals in 2023 and 2025 and the quarterfinals in 2024. Kampman also lettered three times in track and field as a sprinter. He is an enterprise leadership major and currently returns to the Iowa Hawkeyes roster.
