Cael Winter is a redshirt junior left guard for the Iowa Hawkeyes from Waukee, Iowa. Standing 6'3" and weighing 294 pounds, Winter majors in enterprise leadership. He did not appear in games during 2023 and 2024 but returned to action in 2025, playing in four contests. Winter contributed to offensive efforts that produced 435 total yards in a 47-7 victory over UMass and 310 rushing yards in a 34-7 win over UAlbany. He also helped the team rush for 213 yards in a 40-16 win at Nebraska.
