Willie Breland III is a 6'2", 218-pound linebacker from Wiggins, Mississippi, who attended Stone High School. At Stone, he recorded 57 tackles, four interceptions, and 12 pass breakups as a senior, earning Sun Herald All-South Mississippi First-Team honors. Breland spent two seasons at Mississippi Gulf Coast CC before transferring to Iowa State. In 2025, he played in all 11 games for MGCCC, accumulating 35 tackles including two for loss and a sack, plus an interception, forced fumble, and fumble recovery. He was named First Team All-MACCC and earned All-NJCAA Region 23 Team recognition. recruiting services rated him a three-star prospect, with ranking him No. 14 among junior college cornerback prospects.
