Beau Goodwin is a 6'3", 221-pound safety linebacker from Kingsley, Iowa, who prepped at Kingsley-Pierson under head coach Dean Norris. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Goodwin saw action in 12 games as a true freshman, starting twice and recording 24 tackles with 3.0 tackles for loss and two pass breakups against West Virginia. In 2025, he appeared in seven games with one start against South Dakota before missing the final five games due to injury, finishing with seven total tackles including 0.5 for a loss. He earned Academic All-Big 12 recognition in both 2024 and 2025.
