Jacob Harvey is a wide receiver from Mt. Zion, Illinois, where he played for head coach Patrick Etherton. During his high school career, Harvey recorded 180 receptions for 2,769 yards and 32 receiving touchdowns. As a junior, he had 58 receptions for 1,112 yards and 13 touchdowns, followed by 53 receptions for 928 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior. He earned 2025 IHSFCAA All-State First Team honors and was a three-time All-Apollo Conference selection. Harvey also competed in basketball and track, qualifying for the IHSA state track meet. He is a true freshman at Illinois majoring in engineering undeclared.
