Zaylen Cormier is a defensive back for the Houston Cougars, standing 5'11" and weighing 190 pounds. The Houston native prepped at Heights HS, where he earned a 3-star recruiting rating and was ranked No. 738 nationally. During his junior year, Cormier recorded 34 receptions for 763 yards and 12 touchdowns, along with 27 tackles and two interceptions. As a sophomore, he had 19 receptions for 364 yards and two touchdowns, plus 20 tackles and two pass breakups. Cormier enrolled at UH in January and is currently a redshirt freshman with returning status.
