Bryson Castile is a linebacker for the Houston Cougars. The Arlington, Texas native attended Bowie High School, where he earned All-District 8-6A First Team honors in 2025. As a three-star recruit, Castile was ranked No. 9 linebacker in Texas and No. 89 prospect in Texas by recruiting services, respectively. During his final season at Bowie, he recorded 123 tackles, 17.0 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, and 3 forced fumbles. Over two seasons, he accumulated 192 career tackles, 22.0 tackles for loss, and 9.5 sacks. Castile is a true freshman at Houston, standing 6'2" and weighing 210 pounds.
