Richard Kramer is a defensive end from Port St. Lucie, Florida, who attended Treasure Coast High School before playing at Hampton. At Treasure Coast in 2023, he recorded 31 total tackles, 11.0 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles across 12 games. During his 2024 season at Hampton, Kramer played in 10 games with four starts, finishing with 12 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks. He transferred to Georgia State for the 2025 season, appearing in all 12 games and recording 13 tackles, two tackles for loss, and two sacks, including a career-high four tackles against Marshall on November 15.
