Kelze Howard is a defensive end from Las Vegas, Nevada, who attended Spring Valley High School. At the prep level, he earned All-conference honors and Conference Defensive MVP recognition. As a senior, he recorded 68 tackles, 14 sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and five pass breakups. He also lettered in wrestling, basketball, and track and field. Howard transferred to Georgia State after his time at Oregon State, where he appeared in four games during the 2025 season and made one tackle at Tulsa.
