Jabriel Rhodes-Nelson is a defensive end for Georgia State who transferred from Millersville prior to the 2025 season. The Philadelphia native played all 12 games as a true transfer, compiling 41 tackles with 5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks. He recorded a career-high nine tackles against Troy on November 22 and notched his first sack as a Panther at Coastal Carolina on November 8, also posting two TFL in that game. At Millersville, Rhodes-Nelson appeared in 11 games as a sophomore in 2024 and all 11 contests as a true freshman in 2023, when he ranked third on the team in sacks with three.
