Eric Lee is a safety from Silver Spring, Maryland, who played college football at Monmouth before transferring to Georgia State. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Lee appeared in seven games as a freshman in 2023, recording 35 total tackles including 20 solo stops, one interception, and two passes defended. He returned a 35-yard interception for a touchdown against Lehigh. In 2024, he played all 12 games with nine starts, finishing with 70 total tackles and five passes defended while earning CAA Defensive Player of the Week honors on September 22. During his 2025 season at Monmouth, Lee logged 78 total tackles with a season-high 14 against Delaware State, added nine pass break-ups, and appeared in all 12 contests. He was named Phil Steele Preseason All-CAA Second Team.
