Truly Bell III is a 6'1", 188-pound defensive back from Antioch, California, who attended Pittsburg High School. At Pittsburg HS, Bell played wide receiver and defensive back while also competing as a sprinter on the track team. During his senior year, he recorded 24 tackles, 2 interceptions, and 7 passes defended. He was named First Team BVAL All-League and helped lead Pittsburg to the 2023 D1 North Coast Championship.
