Loyall Mouzon is a right cornerback for Fresno State who hails from Rochester, New York, and attended Millikan High School. A three-star recruit, Mouzon saw action in three games during his 2024 freshman season, recording eight tackles, one tackle for loss, and one pass breakup against NIU, along with a forced incompletion against Colorado State. In 2025, he appeared in eight games as a redshirt sophomore, contributing on special teams with one tackle. Mouzon was redshirted following his freshman year and continues competing at corner for the Bulldogs.
