RJ Regan is a safety from Lakewood, California, who attended Orange Lutheran High School before joining Arizona State as a consensus three-star recruit in 2021. During three seasons with the Sun Devils (2021–23), he appeared in 12 games total, recording eight tackles. He transferred to Fresno State and appeared in the season opener against then-No. 9 Michigan on August 31, 2024, before suffering a season-ending injury. In 2025, Regan appeared in five games with three tackles, primarily contributing on special teams. The NCAA granted him an extension of eligibility, allowing him to return for the 2026 season.
