Lucas Blumling is a redshirt freshman linebacker for Fresno State, standing 6'1" and weighing 225 pounds. Hailing from Scottsdale, Arizona, he attended Desert Mountain High School, where he earned three-star recruiting status and was named First Team All-Region and All-State. During his senior season, Blumling recorded 72 total tackles, 22.0 tackles for loss, and 10.0 sacks while also catching 20 receptions for 327 yards and three touchdowns. In 2025, he appeared in the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl against Miami (OH) as a special teams contributor before being redshirted.
