Deijon Laffitte is a 6'3", 305-pound linebacker/defensive tackle from Inglewood, California, who attended Colony High School before joining USC in 2023. He redshirted his true freshman year with the Trojans and transferred to Fresno State in 2024, appearing in four games. In 2025, Laffitte started all 11 games he appeared in and recorded 25 tackles (13 solo), 5.0 tackles for loss, 3.0 sacks, three pass breakups, and an interception—his first career pick coming against Utah State on November 22. He earned All-Mountain West honorable mention honors while contributing to a Bulldog defense that allowed 293.5 yards per game, the program's lowest since at least 1992.
