Cam Dooley is a 6'2", 205-pound safety from Valley, Alabama who transferred to Florida from Kentucky. A four-star recruit in the 2024 class, Dooley appeared in all 12 games during his 2025 season at Kentucky, including three consecutive starts to close the year. In coverage, he allowed just 80 yards across 212 snaps with a 45.8 NFL passer rating allowed and did not permit a touchdown. Against Tennessee Tech, Dooley earned his first collegiate start and recorded a career-high 76 defensive grade while forcing a fumble and recording an interception. He posted three tackles and a QB hurry in 74 snaps at Vanderbilt and added six tackles against Louisville.
