Ricky Knight III is a left cornerback for Florida State at 6'0" and 184 pounds, currently a redshirt sophomore from West Palm Beach, Florida. A four-star recruit in the 2024 class, Knight spent three years at The Benjamin School before finishing his prep career at Cardinal Newman, where he recorded 18 tackles including 1.0 for loss and one interception during his senior season. He made his FSU debut in 2024 against Charleston Southern while preserving his redshirt. In 2025, Knight appeared in seven games including contests versus East Texas A&M, Alabama, Kent State, Virginia, Pitt, Stanford, and Wake Forest, recording one tackle against East Texas A&M in a 77-3 victory.
