Jamari Howard is a 6'2", 190-pound cornerback from Miami, Florida, who attended Norland High School. A consensus four-star prospect in the Class of 2024, he was ranked the No. 7 cornerback nationally by recruiting services and earned selection to the 2024 All-American Bowl. At Norland, Howard recorded 50 tackles, 10.0 for loss, one sack, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, and one interception as a senior while helping the team to a 14-1 record. He redshirted his freshman year in 2024. In 2025, Howard made two appearances for Florida State, including his debut against East Texas A&M, and recorded one pass breakup and one tackle in the win over Kent State.
