Joseph Sipp Jr. is a 6'4", 220-pound linebacker from Tampa, Florida, who played at Hillsborough High School before beginning his college career at Kansas. He was a true freshman at UCLA's 2022 bowl game, then moved to Bowling Green, where he became a centerpiece of the defense. At BGSU, Sipp recorded 79 total tackles and 11.5 tackles for loss in 2024, earning All-MAC First Team honors after starting all 12 games. He appeared in 13 games with 12 starts as a sophomore in 2023, finishing with 73 tackles and 3.5 for loss. After playing in four games for Kansas in 2025, he transferred to Florida Atlantic in January 2026 and enters the season as a redshirt senior.
