Gavench Marcelin is a 6'3", 260-pound defensive end for Florida Atlantic from Homestead, FL. A three-star recruit from the 2024 class, he joined the Owls following his senior season at Belen Jesuit Prep, where he recorded 77 tackles including 56 solo through 11 games. In his 2024 freshman campaign, Marcelin appeared in multiple games and contributed tackles for loss. During the 2025 sophomore season, he registered 32 total tackles, 18 solo, one sack, one tackle for loss, one quarterback hurry, one pass breakup, and one fumble recovery across conference and non-conference matchups.
