Gage Reale is a tight end for the East Carolina Pirates. The Charlotte, North Carolina native attended Charlotte Christian High School, where he caught 14 passes for 147 yards and one touchdown while also recording three tackles, a sack, and one forced fumble. He served as a two-time team captain and helped the squad win a pair of state titles. Reale spent two seasons at Louisville (2022–2023) redshirted and without competing. He transferred to East Carolina in fall 2024 and sat out that season. In 2025, he made his collegiate debut against Pittsburgh in the Go Bowling Military Bowl. Reale was named to the American Conference All-Academic Team in 2024.
