Walker Eget is a graduate transfer quarterback from San Jose State who joined Duke for the 2026 season. The 6'3", 235-pound signal-caller from Santa Clarita, California spent five years with the Spartans (2021-25), appearing in 27 games with 18 starts. Over his SJSU career, Eget completed 421 of 730 passes for 5,563 yards with 30 touchdowns and 19 interceptions while adding 64 rushing attempts for 181 yards. In 2025, he threw for 3,051 yards—the ninth most in program history—and earned Honorable Mention All-Mountain West honors along with two consecutive Academic All-Mountain West selections (2024-25). He ranked second in the conference in passing yards per game (277.36) and completions per game (20.09).
