Tony Grimmer is a linebacker for the Duke Blue Devils who hails from Alpine, Utah, where he attended Lone Peak High School. Over four years playing for the Eagles under head coach Bart Brockbank, Grimmer earned first-team all-state recognition as a senior and honorable mention all-region honors following his junior year. He served as team captain during his final season, recording 144 tackles, 12.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, three interceptions, two caused fumbles, and two fumble recoveries. As a junior, Grimmer posted 40 tackles and received National Football Foundation Utah Chapter honors in both his junior and senior seasons. He joins Duke as a true freshman in 2026.
