Preston Watson is a junior defensive tackle for Duke, standing 6'1" and weighing 300 pounds. A Lake Mary, Florida native who attended Seminole High School, Watson lettered three seasons and recorded 172 career tackles, 43.0 TFL, and 20.0 sacks. Enrolled at Duke in January 2024 as a three-star prospect, he appeared in all 13 games as a true freshman, compiling seven tackles, 1.0 TFL, and 0.5 sack. In 2025, Watson played in 14 games and posted 14 tackles, 3.0 TFL, 0.5 sack, one pass breakup, and two QB pressures, including a career-high 1.5 TFL at Tulane. Through 27 career games, he has accumulated 21 tackles, 4.0 TFL, and 1.0 sack.
