Ayden Cain is a defensive tackle for the Duke Blue Devils, standing 6'1" and weighing 280 pounds. A native of Gainesville, Georgia, Cain lettered one season at Gainesville High School under head coach Josh Niblett before that, logging three letters at Dutchtown in Hampton, Georgia. As a senior at Gainesville, he recorded 40 tackles, 18.0 tackles for loss, and 5.0 sacks while helping the team win the GHSA 5A state playoff championship and earning first team all-region honors. Cain signed with Duke as a three-star prospect rated by recruiting services, with ranking him the No. 48 defensive tackle prospect. He enrolled at Duke in January 2026.
