Takeo Massey is a defensive lineman for the Charlotte 49ers who stands 6'3" and weighs 205 pounds. The redshirt freshman from Charlotte, North Carolina, attended Independence High School in 2024 after playing at East Mecklenburg from 2021 through 2023. During his high school career, Massey appeared in 18 varsity games and recorded 29 tackles, including 13 solo stops, while accumulating 24 points.
