Quavion Bird is a nose tackle for Central Michigan who hails from Lake Wales, Florida, and graduated from Bartow Senior High School in June 2024. A two-star recruit, Bird redshirted his first season in 2024 before appearing in 12 games during 2025, including seven consecutive starts at defensive tackle to close the year. He recorded 14 tackles (four solo) in his two-year career with the Chippewas, posting a career-high six tackles (three solo) against Akron on October 4. Bird made his first career start on October 18 against Bowling Green and finished the season with four tackles in the finale versus Toledo on November 29.
