JJ Douglas is a sophomore defensive end for Central Michigan. The Janesville, Wisconsin native was a June 2024 graduate of Parker High School, where he earned Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-State honorable mention honors and two-time All-Region selections. As a true freshman in 2025, Douglas appeared in nine games after transitioning from tight end to defensive end early in the season. He recorded 23 tackles (10 solo), 2.0 sacks for 18 yards, 2.0 tackles for loss, one pass breakup, and two quarterback hurries, including a forced fumble in the season finale against Toledo.
