Cameron McGee is a defensive lineman for Boston College, standing 6'2" and weighing 310 pounds. The Grayson, Georgia native attended Grayson High School, where he recorded 30 tackles, 10 for loss, four quarterback hurries, and three sacks during his senior season. He earned First-Team All-Region and All-County honors and won a state championship as a junior. McGee joined the Eagles program as a mid-year enrollee in 2026.
