Devin Spencer is a running back for Arkansas State who hails from Tampa, Florida, and attended Sumner High School. As a 3-star recruit in the 2024 class, he was rated by recruiting services. In his 2024 freshman season, Spencer appeared in eight contests and rushed for 206 yards on 40 carries while recording three receptions for 14 yards. During the 2025 season, he appeared in all 13 contests with seven starts, accumulating 559 rushing yards on 108 carries with three touchdowns, plus 125 receiving yards on 25 receptions.
